PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES
Australian Students and Permanent Residents of Australia:
• Tuition and Boarding Fees are charged by the term. Please note that the payment of all school fees is required by the due date (first day of each term). This will ensure that you do not incur the late payment administration fee of $120.

− Term 2 Fees payable by 15 April 2013 (early payment discount date is 08 April)
− Term 3 Fees payable by 15 July 2013 (early payment discount date is 08 July)
− Term 4 Fees payable by 08 October 2013 (early payment discount date is 01 October)
• A discount of $60 per term on both tuition and boarding fees will apply if payment is received by 4.00pm one week prior to the due date (refer early payment discount dates above).
Full Fee Paying Overseas Students

Sibling discount:
The Board of Trustees have approved the following discounts on tuition fees:
For the second student from one family attending the School concurrently, 5%
For third and subsequent students from one family attending the School concurrently, 10%
Where a family has boys at IGS and girls at IGGS concurrently, a further 3.5% discount will be allowed. Please contact the Business Services Office in relation to sibling discounts.
Payment may be made by cheque, cash or EFTPOS. For other methods, refer to the Fees Statement. Credit card commission charges for all payments to the School will be charged back to the cardholder.
School Plan:
School Plan is a school fee payment service that spreads your child’s school fees (tuition / boarding) into manageable monthly payments as an alternate method of paying school fees, whilst still being eligible for prompt payment discount. Visit www.schoolplan.com.au for further information.
Late Payment Fee:
Where accounts are not paid by due date, a Late Payment Administration Fee of $120 per term will be charged. Allowance should be made for external agencies processing time. Approved Payment arrangements that are in place to pay accounts by the end of each term will avoid the late payment fee provided there is no default in the terms of the arrangement. Where accounts are referred to a Collection Agency, these costs will be added to the amount outstanding.
Board Fee Payment Policy:
As per Board of Trustees policy, no student will be allowed to commence a new term whilst all or part of the previous term’s fees remain unpaid unless special arrangements are set in place and are maintained. Arrangements are subject to regular review. The School’s Fee Payment Policy is available on the website.
Where fees are not paid by due date, payments arrangements are available, however from 01 January 2013 such payments can only be by direct bank debit authority. No other payments arrangements are acceptable.
